SecAppDev 2026 consists of three days of lectures followed by two days of workshops. There are a few pricing configurations for SecAppDev, so let's walk through the different options.
We offer a significant discount to public servants, independent contractors and small enterprises. These tickets are labeled as community tickets, and are available for the full course, for the lectures only, or for the workshops only.
If you are not eligible for a community ticket, you can join the course by purchasing a standard ticket. Standard tickets are available for the full course, for the lectures only, or for the workshops only. We also offer discounted blind bird tickets and early bird tickets for the full course. Additionally, you can benefit from a group discount when purchasing three tickets or more.
There is no need to select a workshop up front, you can just join the workshop of your choice on the day itself. All tickets include refreshments throughout the day, a catered lunch, and an invitation to join the course dinner.

VAT information
All prices listed are exclusive of VAT.
For this in-person event taking place in Belgium, we are required to charge Belgian VAT (21 %) on all registration fees. Articles 53 and 54 of the EU VAT Directive (2006/112/EC) provide that the place of supply of admission to conferences, seminars and similar educational events is where the event physically takes place (i.e. Belgium). As a result, Belgian VAT applies regardless of where the purchaser is established.
If you are purchasing as a company, you may be able to recover the VAT as follows:
- Belgian businesses can recover VAT through their regular VAT return.
- EU-established businesses can claim a refund through the EU VAT Refund Directive (2008/9/EC) by submitting an electronic application via their local tax authority to the Belgian authorities.
- Non-EU businesses may apply under the 13th VAT Directive (86/560/EEC) , subject to reciprocity and local requirements.
Cancellation
All tickets can be transferred within the same company or organization at any time. Until May 15th, 2026, cancellation is free of charge, except for any booking or payment processing fees. Between May 15th, 2026 and May 27th, 2026, a 20% cancellation fee is charged. After May 27th, 2026, full charges apply upon cancellation.
When the cancellation of a group ticket causes the group size to drop below the required threshold, the remaining tickets will be converted into individual tickets at their corresponding prices.
If we deem it impossible to guarantee the safety of attendees and speakers, SecAppDev 2026 will be postponed or cancelled. If such an event occurs before April 30th, 2026, all tickets will be refunded. In the event of a postponement or cancellation after April 30th, 2026, all tickets will be automatically transferred to the next edition of SecAppDev.
